Please note returns are not accepted on custom made items, or earrings for hygiene reasons. Refunds will be made on items returned in the original packaging, unworn and in the original condition within 14 days of you receiving it. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost. Please use a secure, tracked service. Upon receipt of the item in its original condition, the refund will be processed in 14 days.
